How to Connect to Your Surf Wi-Fi Network
Connecting your devices to your Surf Wi-Fi network is quick and easy—whether you're using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV. Follow the steps below to get online in just a few taps or clicks.
iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad)

Open the Settings app.

Tap Wi-Fi.
-
Wait for the list of networks to load.

Tap your eero™ network name.
-
Enter your Wi-Fi password.

Tap Join.
-
You’ll see a ✅ checkmark when successfully connected.
Tips:
-
If you use iCloud Keychain, your password may autofill.
-
If the network doesn’t show up, try toggling Wi-Fi off and back on.
Android Devices
Steps may vary slightly by device manufacturer, but the instructions below work for most Android models.

Open Settings.
-
Tap Network & internet or Connections.
-
Select Wi-Fi.
-
Choose your eero™ network from the list.
-
Enter your Wi-Fi password.

Tap Connect.
Tips:
-
If the device doesn’t connect, try forgetting the network and reconnecting.
Windows Devices (Windows 10 & 11)
-
Click the Wi-Fi icon on the lower-right corner of your taskbar.

Select your eero™ network.
-
Click Connect.
-
Enter your Wi-Fi password.
-
Click Next.
-
When prompted, choose Yes to allow your PC to be discoverable on the network.
Tips:

Select “Connect automatically” so your computer joins the network by default.
macOS Devices (MacBook, iMac)

Click the Wi-Fi icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

Select your eero™ network.
-
Enter your Wi-Fi password.
-
Click Join.
-
A ✅ checkmark confirms you’re connected.
Smart TVs & Streaming Devices
(Including Roku, Fire Stick, Apple TV)
While instructions vary by device, the typical process looks like this:

Go to your device’s Settings or Network Settings.

Choose Wi-Fi.
-
Select your eero™ network.
-
Enter your Wi-Fi password using the remote or on-screen keyboard.

Confirm the connection.
