How to Set Up AutoPay for Your Surf Internet Account

Want to avoid late fees and save $5 every month? Enrolling in Autopay is the easiest way to do both. Follow the steps below to set up recurring payments through your Surf Internet E-Care portal.

🔒 Step 1: Log Into Your E-Care Account

  1. Visit the E-Care Portal

  2. Enter your username and password

    • If you're logging in on a mobile device, rotate your phone horizontally to landscape mode for the full site layout

  3. Click Sign In

💳 Step 2: Access Autopay Settings

  1. Once logged in, click the “Quick Links” menu

  2. Select “Autopay Settings”


📝 Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

You’ll have the option to set up Autopay using:

  • Credit or Debit Card

  • Electronic Check (Bank Account)

Choose your preferred method and enter the required payment details.


🔁 Step 4: Enable Autopay

  1. Make sure the Autopay toggle is turned ON

  2. Review and confirm your information

  3. Click Submit to activate Autopay for your account

Note: Autopay must be activated before your bill is generated for it to apply to the current billing cycle. If added afterward, it will start the following month.


✅ You're All Set!

Once Autopay is active:

  • Your bill will be automatically paid on your billing cycle date

  • You'll skip the $5 Manual Bill Processing Fee each month
